A Little About Us

In our younger years we cruised various oceans & seas, enjoying fresh landfalls with friends, family and charter clients. We built boats and worked on all onboard systems. We learned what worked, what didn’t, how to fix it and what was really important. Rest assured, we share your passion for yachts, cruising and quality craftsmanship.
We founded Emerald Harbor Marine in 1991 when Elliott Bay Marina opened its docks. Our first project was the refit of a 1935 Falmouth Cutter. Today, our projects range from installing and integrating a range of systems on super-yachts to simple rigging jobs on offshore sailing cruisers, and we treat each one with the same dedication and care.

Like safe navigation and seamanship, quality yacht service requires an awareness of a continually changing industry. We choose product lines only after extensive study and we ensure our technicians remain up-to-date with ongoing education. Technology changes daily in the marine world, and we feel it is part of our job to ensure our clients get the best products and services available.

Elliott Bay Marina is home to Emerald Harbor and we’re proud to be part of this premier marina that serves as a gateway to some of the world’s finest cruising grounds.
